The University of Cincinnati's Bearcat Solar Car Team needs help to fund the design, fabrication, and testing of a solar-powered race car! The Bearcat Solar Car Team is a student-led organization whose goal is to represent the City of Cincinnati and its University in the “American Solar Challenge” series of automotive races. As a team, we will design, build, and race a solar-powered vehicle in the Formula Sun Grand Prix, an annual 3-day endurance race, and the eponymous American Solar Challenge, a biennial cross-country race held across more than 1500 miles of public roads between multiple cities across the country.
